 The Cafeteria Visit
The SOS kindergarten orientation program has been running very smoothly.
Along with monthly tours of the school, the children have visited the Art Room
and Library.
This month we have a special treat in store for our soon-to-be kindergartners
… a visit to the cafeteria, complete with a pass through the lunch
line! Please be sure to let us know of any food allergies your child may
have when dropping off at this session. The menu for the day is milk,
chocolate milk, strawberry milk, water, apples and pretzels. Your child will
complete a craft and tour the school, as well.
As always, we will begin promptly at 3:45 p.m. and end at 4:30 p.m. the week of
March 1st and Wednesday, March 10th. REMINDER – SOS for Wednesday will
be March 10th NOT March 3rd .Your child should attend on the day of the week
originally scheduled. For scheduling conflicts contact Caroline Eickelbeck (273-
6197 or ctbeck@optonline.net). In the event of school closing or early dismissal,
SOS will be canceled. Log on to the BHPA website (www.bhpa.info) for up-todate
SOS information; the school district’s website (www.byramhills.org) or
WFAS 103.9 FM list school closings. We will contact you if we are able to
reschedule any canceled sessions.
Looking Ahead: Mark your calendars for our bus safety program during the
week of April 5th.

SESSION SCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY, APRIL 7 TH HAS BEEN
CHANGED TO TUESDAY, APRIL 13th. For scheduling conflicts contact
