About the Event
Come to the Blum Center for health and learn some mindful eating strategies as well as participate in a cook along with a few recipes to spice up the breakfast menu at home. RD Amanda Blechman and MD Danielle Greenman will walk parents through the kitchen and quiet the monkey mind to help cook for the pickiest of customers -- our kids.
