BHPA@Life Time Chappaqua Cycle + Kid’s Academy Drop Off

Come sweat with us at Life Time Chappaqua! On Saturday, March 30, BHPA will be hosting an AMP cycling class @ Noon.

Ride the rhythm in this epic cardio party on a bike. AMP features the hottest music and easy-to-follow-cycle choreography so you can sweat and move together. This calorie-burning cardio class is designed for all riders, no matter your experience. Let's get loose and have fun as you sweat and move to the beat.

Wait…there is more! While you break a sweat and dance your heart out on the bike, you can drop your kid off (3 months to 11 years old) at Life Time’s Kids Academy!

• Attendees need to bring water, a photo ID, arrive 10-15 min early to sign in and handle kid drop off.
• Kids must be picked up by 2pm.
